EENRAT Presented at the Resilience & Preparedness TG Meeting in Belgrade

Last week, within the scope of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), we actively participated as the Turkish EEN Delegation in the “Resilience & Preparedness” Thematic Group Meeting and the Decentralized Training event held in Belgrade. During this engagement, we had the opportunity to present the EENRAT methodology we have developed in the field of resilience and preparedness to international colleagues.

Representing the EBIC-EGE Consortium, we introduced the EENRAT methodology along with its three core components:

• RAT (Resilience Assessment Tool): An assessment layer that measures the current resilience level of SMEs and produces outputs interpretable at the management level.
• RECAP (Risk Exposure and Capability Analysis Profile): A diagnostic layer that analyses risk exposure, vulnerabilities and capabilities together to reveal the residual risk profile.
• Scenario Tool: A modelling layer that tests decision-making behaviour under crisis scenarios and dynamically simulates resilience.

Together, these three tools go beyond conventional assessment approaches by providing an integrated decision-support and resilience management framework structured around a flow of measurement → analysis → simulation.

In our presentation, we also emphasised that the EENRAT approach is not merely an assessment tool, but a dynamic, action-oriented and continuously evolving resilience management system designed for SMEs.

Discussions within the TG Resilience framework—covering ongoing activities, sub-working topics and collaboration areas—established a strong foundation for future joint actions.
